The episode starts with Rddhima wondering whether she’s pregnant. She decides to do a test to get a confirmation and then she will tell to Vansh. Ishani cries asking to Vansh how he can break his promise. Vansh tries to console her saying she was in critical state and doctor can’t save both of them. He further says maybe God also doesn’t want this child come to this world, maybe He knows that he fail to protect him like he failed to protect her. He asks her to take rest.
Rddhima comes there. She says she can understand she’s going through a tough phase and asks her to be strong as with time everything will be fine. Ishani angrily says that Rddhima can’t understand her pain, because she didn’t lose her child. Vansh tries to calm her down. Ishani says she wants to be alone and asks everyone to leave. They leave Rddhima wonders how to tell Vansh now that she may be pregnant.
Ishani cries remembering Aryan wonders in the party, then the attack, and Vansh’s words. She thinks Vansh has changed. She takes out her and Vansh childhood photo and tears it. She puts Vansh photo in the dustbin. She tells he’s no more her brother but just Rddhima’s husband so he saved only Rddhima and give her pain. He broke their relationship. She blames Rddhima for everything. She snatched everything from her including her brother. She says she hates her.
Vansh plays basketball in order to express his anger. He thinks he failed to protect his family, his sister and her child. Ishani is in pain but he can’t do anything. In a FB a boy is shown getting beaten while a man is watching. The boy begs the man to save him. The man pushes him saying his paying for his dad’s misdeeds. He asks the other kids to beat him. FB ends. Ishani comes downstairs. She feels weakness and is about to fall. Someone holds her. Ishani thinks it’s Vansh but it turns to be Kabir.
Ishani tells he’s also his brother. She tells she wants to talk to him. They sit in the steps. She says Aryan was right that Vansh will save Rddhima if she and Rddhima will be in trouble. She blames Rddhima for her child’s loss. Kabir assures Ishani that he will always stand by her side and tells that he have punished that sniper. Ishani hugs him. Kabir thinks like he snatched Ishani from Vansh, he will make place in Rddhima’s heart. He will win her back and will hurt Vansh.
Rddhima is seen cooking. Suddenly the towel catches fire. Kabir saves her. Rddhima thanks him. Kabir says Vansh is very upset after Ishani’s accident. He felt bad seeing Vansh sitting alone. He further says she can only make him feel better. Rddhima says she will go to Vansh after giving the soup to Ishani. Kabir says he will give the soup to Ishani and asks Rddhima to check Vansh. She agrees and leaves. Kabir remembers how he saved Rddhima. He is certain that she will understand his love one day.
Rddhima snatches the ball from Vansh. The latter asks to leave him alone as he deserves this. Rddhima denies saying he deserves lot of love. Vansh shouts to leave him alone. He blames himself for Ishani’s loss. He says he killed that child. Rddhima asks him to calm down. She asks him to remove the hatred from his heart and stops taking all blame upon himself. She can understand everyone is in pain, but he’s not at fault.
He always protected this family and cared for his family. She asks to look into their eyes, he will find only love and respect for him. He makes him sit. She explains to him that he’s not at fault and asks to remove the guilt from his heart. She tries to feed him food, but he refuses.
The next day morning, a parcel comes on Rddhima’s name. Kabir receives it. Vansh sees Rddhima is coughing. He asks if she’s not well. Rddhima says it’s maybe due to stress. Vansh requests her to take care of herself, as she’s very precious for him. She refuses to take any medicine. Vansh puts Rddhima in the bed and asks her to take rest. He goes to the washroom. Rddhima wonders why the parcel hasn’t come yet. Kabir comes there. He gives the parcel and leaves. Kabir thinks what happened. A FB shows, he opens the parcel and finds a pregnancy testing kit. He gets angry first, then thinks of use it for his own benefit. FB ends. Vansh asks Rddhima to take care of herself and leaves. Rddhima rushes to washroom to do the test. Later she gets to know that she’s pregnant.
