The episode starts with Alok scolding Gayathri for blaming their own daughters. Everyone asks Kitty to reveal the truth. Kitty shouts that it was them who called the press. Everyone lashes out at them. He says he was trusting them over Anokhi but they ruined the reputation of the institution as well as the family.
Aastha is rushed to the hospital. Shaan asks them to apologize to Anokhi. Nurse calls Shaan and informs about Aastha condition. Gayathri asks what happened and Shaan says Aastha is in hospital as someone has shot her.
Ramesh asks to call the doctor but he’s getting late. Shaan wonders who shot Aastha. Everyone are shocked. Gayathri asks Shaurya to go with Shaan but Devi asks him to go alone as Shaurya is already tensed. Shaan leaves the place.
Rama and Ramesh goes to buy the injection for Aastha and Shaan enters at the same time. He finds Aastha and gets shattered. He rushes to her and cries asking her to open her eyes. Nurse asks him to sign the self form and Shaan lashes out at them. He scolds them when nurse says the doctor is not there. Shaan calls a doctor and asks him to rush there.
Gayathri says that it’s necessary for the Shaurya to visit Aastha but Devi says its not needed. She blames Aastha to get involved in all the unnecessary issues resulting her in this condition and leaves. Kanchan feels disgusted at their insensitivity and Gayathri says this is the way they treat women. She prays nothing should happen to Aastha. Shaurya is still contemplating whether he should go or not.
Aastha is rushed to the ward while Shaurya is furious. Devi asks why’s he tensed and asks if he’s worried about her. She says he will call Shaan and asks about her condition but Shaurya stops her. Devi asks didn’t he think she’s stone hearted that she doesn’t care about her. She says that she remembers the time when he was admitted in hospital after accident but Aastha didn’t visit him at all. She says thinking about it, she doesn’t feel right to visit her.
Kanchan overhears their conversation and asks Gayathri about it. Gayathri says that it’s all a lie and Aastha did come to hospital but it was Devi who prohibited her from meeting Shaurya. Kanchan asks why isn’t she saying all this to Shaurya but she says that he won’t believe her over Devi. On the other hand, Devi asks Shaurya to not get stressed out as Aastha was busy in her own life.
Aastha is in serious condition and Shaan prays to God to save Aastha. Shaurya says that he don’t have anything to do with her and so will not meet her. Aastha is shifted to ward and Doctor says they removed the bullet and stopped internal bleeding.
However they say that the next 24 hours is very critical. Shaurya leaves the place without having food and Devi scolds Gayathri. Tej complaints Alok when Gayathri tries justifying herself that she is Shaurya’s mother. Devi lashes out at her and makes it clear that Shaurya has only his Badi maa.
On the other hand Vineet is shouting at Anokhi and Babli along with his mother for last night’s incident. He calls Shaurya their bodyguard and badmouths them but they didn’t give a damn. Anokhi says its him who worsened the situation and Vineet lashes out at her. He asks her to pay more for the stay or leave the place. Anokhi gets worried.
