Episode begins with Hitank and Utsav reaches hospital. Hitank says they didn’t get blood from anywhere but he put it in social media so he is sure that they will get iit soon. Asha asks him about Rani before he says anything, Mihir comes there and asks did they arranged the blood for Raja because his vitas are not normal so they need blood immediately.
Hitank says they really tried but didn’t get blood from anywhere. Mihir acts like innocent and thinks in this Karva Chauth day Raja,Rani going to separate from each other permanently. Asha starts to cry and that time they hears some noise and shocks seeing Rani coming towards them in the bicycle. Mihir shouts at her for creating nuisance but Rani apologize to him saying she was in urgent that’s why she came like this.
Utsav asks her about blood, she takes 2 boxes of A -ve blood and gives it to Mihir saying now he can start the surgery. Everyone gets happy except Mihir. Mihir says that’s great and he will send other Doctor and he will tell her the next procedures. Security warns Rani for coming inside in the bicycle she apologize to him saying it was for emergency. Utsav takes that bicycle from there.
Hitank asks how she got blood when she informed him that she didn’t get blood from anywhere. She says one Sales man told her about some small blood bank and she got this from there only by God’s grace. Doctor apologize to Mihir saying he doesn’t know how one blood bank left otherwise he collected blood from every blood banks.
Mihir says Rani loves Raja with all her heart and mind but he will cross all the limits to get her and says he will snatch Raja from her for sure. He tells him that this blood should not reach Raja. Doctor tells Rani to wait with blood outside ICU when Hitank said he will accompany her, Doctor said only one person is allowed there. Rani waits outside ICU with blood and wonders why no one coming to get the blood. By diverting her Mihir’s staffs exchanges the blood box with pomegranate juice box.
Later Mihir asks blood box from Rani and he says he never heard this blood bank name and checks the blood and starts to drink it saying it’s not blood instead its a pomegranate juice and scolds her for her irresponsible behavior and says seems like she doesn’t love Raja enough to care for him and leaves from there. She cries and asks herself that how this happened. She sees the Ward boy who acted like dead body in front of her few minutes back and notices the boxes on his hand which looks same like the blood boxes she brought for Raja and says what if he exchanged her blood boxes and follows him.
Mihir asks the unconscious Raja that what speciality he have that Rani always thinking about him. He says Raja is in coma and he doesn’t even know his end but he is more successful than him still Rani keep chanting Raja’s name only. He says he will kill him for sure and he notices that Rani following his Ward boy.

Precap – Rani gets emotional when she noticed that Raja regains consciousness. Rani was getting ready for Karva Chauth and Raja helps her. Mihir says today Rani will celebrate Karva Chauth with him only.
