Zaroon asks Saltanat where she was before appearing at his and Kainaat wedding? Saltanat answers that she was busy fighting the society for her love. Zaroon says I am not kidding, are you in the water? Saltanat tried to lie to him but Zaroon keeps on contradicting her defense. Saltanat remembered Tai Ammi’s words and diverted the topic. She says I am already unwell and here you started your quiz game. Zaroon keeps the file and says sorry to her and smiles.
Saltanat looks here and there and asks Zaroon to come closer. Zaroon bends a bit towards her and she kissed him on cheeks and blushes hard. Zaroon also tries to peck her but Saltanat makes a barrier in between with a pillow and says, “You are not that lucky Mr.Zaroon” and both smiles.
Neelam and Hamza think about Saltanat and Zaroon, they get worried for them and thinks where will they go? Neelam says I wish we could make Miyajaan agree to call them back home. Dadi comes and interrupts them. She says after a long time something good happened in this house, the one and only heir of the throne Zaroon is thrown out of house added with Saltanat. Zaroon comes back after buying some clothes for Saltanat and himself and finds her sleeping. He sees her sweating in the hot and wipes her sweat with his hanky. Then he keeps his ears on her belly and says “hey junior, what’s up”? Saltanat sleep gets disturbed and she asks what all this going on? Aren’t you getting too restless to become a father? Both smiles when the nearby bed patients mourn in pain. Both of Zaroon and Saltant rushes to her and try to calm her down. The doctor comes and diagnosis that she is running short of hemoglobin that’s why she is feeling pain. He asks the nurse to arrange AB negative blood as quickly as possible. Zaroon says my blood group is also same, please allow me to donate. Doctor asks Zaroon to go with the nurse.
Later on, Zaroon is giving blood to that lady while Saltanat asks her why she is alone here? She says my husband is a driver and now he is on a trip to Vaishno Devi as we need money to survive. Now the baby is also going to come so we need it. Later Zaroon came and Saltanat asks is it paining? showing the bandage. He says yes, and bent to kiss her. Saltanat stops him and asks to control himself and also manage the pain on your own. Next morning Saltanat got ready after she gets discharged from the hospital.
Zainab, Ghazala, and Rubina came into the hospital and look for Zaroon and Saltanat. The receptionist informed them, the patient is already given discharge. They go in to look for them and both of the parties have a hit and misses. Saltanat asks Zaroon what to do after going out?
The lady with her husband greets them and says I overheard your talks last night. I know you people have no shelter for yourself. You can come with me to my house as our upper floor room is vacant. Zaroon hesitates but they insist. Finally, both Saltanat and Zaroon agree on it and go with them. Sabina and Kainaat listen to their talk from behind and decided to follow them.
