The episode starts with Gulab getting worried for Dilip and Nawab. Gulab decides to call Nawab and she tries to call him but his phone is not answerable. Heer unblock the number and tries to call him but he is not picking up the call. Heer gets restless and decides to go to his house.
Heer reaches Nawab’s accommodation and she sees Nawab is cooking for Tina. Meanwhile Tina shares her valentine with Nawab and she asks him for a kiss. Heer calls Nawab but he is still not picking the call and Heer switches on the torch to signal Nawab.
Nawab gets the signal and he thinks what Heer is doing here and Nawab goes to close the window because he doesn’t want to talk to him.
Dilip is stable now but he will stay in observation and Gulab goes to see him. Gulab sits beside him and she is totally broken. Gulab remembers how she hurts Dilip and she regrets what she did with him. Gulab apologises to Dilip and she wishes Nawab could come here.
Heer plans to call Nawab outside by throwing stone and Nawab comes to see what Heer is doing here. Heer asks Nawab why he is not picking up her call and Nawab reminds Heer she has blocked his call. Heer remains silent and she starts crying. Heer asks Nawab to come with her to the hospital and she tells him that his father is not well. Nawab gets shocked and he reaches the hospital.
Sunny comes to console Gulab and asks her to come with him as per the doctor’s advice.
Sunny tells Gulab to go home and rest but she is restless for Dilip. Gulab learns that Heer is not here and she gets angry at Heer because Dilip has always supported her. Nawab hides after seeing Gulab and Jimmy takes Anmol and Richa back home. Sunny suggests Gulab to come to the waiting room and Nawab gets the chance to see Dilip. Nawab rushed to see his father who is in ICU and he gets emotional breakdown. Heer tells Nawab to talk to his father because he is listening and Nawab tells Heer he can’t see his father in this condition.
Tina comes to see Nawab but he is missing so she tries to call him but he leaves his phone in the room and Tina continuously searches for Nawab.
Nawab sits at the temple and he begs God for his father’s recovery and Heer asks Nawab to come with her. Nawab tells Heer he is afraid to see his father in this condition and she suggests Nawab to express his love to his father. Nawab regrets and Heer gives courage and hope to Nawab. Heer tells Nawab she is here with him and she asks Nawab to get up. Nawab holds Heer’s hand and stands up. Heer takes Nawab back to Dilip’s cabin and Nawab touches Dilip’s feet. Nawab sits beside Dilip and he tells Dilip to wake up. Nawab requests Dilip to scold him and he is here for everything. Nawab tells Dilip he really misses him and he wants to make him proud. Nawab tells Dilip he is trying his best and he wants him to wake up to see him playing for the Indian cricket team. Nawab tells Dilip he needs his well wishes and he wants his name Brar in the jersey. Nawab tells Dilip he will have to get up for him and he will not leave him. Heer tells Nawab not to worry because Rab ji will take care of Papa ji and Gulab thinks that Dilip always needs her. Gulab goes to see Dilip where Nawab is already present and she sees Heer at the cabin. Gulab asks Heer where she has gone and Gulab tells Heer she is responsible for Dilip’s condition. Gulab tells Heer she has given lots of stress to Dilip and Heer tells Gulab she can shout at her. Gulab tells Heer to stop the drama and go. Nawab feels sorry for Heer and he apologises Heer. Nawab sees his parents after a long time and he learns everything is changed. Nawab goes inside the cabin and he gives his shirt to his mother who is shivering. Nawab doesn’t want to wake up his mother and Heer learns that Nawab misses his family. Nawab leaves quietly and he tells Heer he wants to stay here. Nawab sits beside Dilip and Heer is also present. Heer thinks that she is responsible for everything and Gulab aunty is right. Dilip tries to touch Nawab’s hair and Heer thinks herself a wall. Heer decides to reunite the family and the doctor asks Heer to take her husband. Heer tells Nawab to wake up because the doctor wants to examine Papa ji and Nawab holds Heer’s hand tightly.
