Episode begins with Vicky calls Arjun and informs him that he saw Aman. He says that he will send location. Sunaina goes to Sushma and lies that her mother need her so she should go to home for some time. Sushma gives permission to Sunaina.
In the hospital, nurse tells teacher that Karun has fever and rashes and she don’t know the reason of it. Teacher calls Mahima but no response from other side. She asks herself that why Mahima sent Karun to school in this condition. She says that Mahima is not picking the call. Karun tells teacher to call Kaashvi. Teacher calls Kaashvi and informs about Karun’s condition.
Arjun reaches the bar and spots Aman. Aman runs from there after seeing Arjun. He says that Arjun will sent him to hospital if the latter caught him then. Arjun chases Aman and throws glass bottle on Aman’s head. Aman thinks that he has to do something. Arjun thinks that Aman can’t escape now.
Kaashvi reaches the school. Nurse tells Kaashvi that this is not normal fever so she did not give medicine to Karun. She says that even Karun’s parents did not pick the call. Karun tells Kaashvi that he is in pain. He says that Arjun applied ointment till morning and left for working. He adds that Mahima did not apply ointment after that. Kaashvi calls Mahima but no response from other side. She calls Arjun but his phone is switched off. She tells teacher that she will take Karun to his doctor who treated Karun yesterday.
Aman escapes. Arjun and Vicky searches Aman. Arjun tells Vicky that Aman is in Faridabad still so Kaashvi is in danger. Vicky tells Arjun that he will drop the latter in Aditya’s house.
In the hospital, doctor scolds Kaashvi for not applying ointment on Karun’s rashes. He gives injection to Karun. Kaashvi asks him that why Karun is ill. He tells her that there is a possibility that it happened because of genetic predispositions. He says that he need DNA test report to find the exact reason.
Sunaina enters the home. She thinks that there is a possibility that she saw Aditya in the bar. She confirms that there is no wound in Aditya’s head. Aditya wonders what Sunaina is doing. He finds orange which fell from Sunaina. Sunaina make an excuse and goes inside. She thinks that she should not suspect Aditya. She decides to go home to take care of Karun. She gets permission from Aditya to go home.
Kaashvi brings Karun home. She asks him to not go school. Vicky brings sandwich for Karun. Kaashvi thinks that she is glad Karun is feeling better. She takes Mahima’s hair for DNA sample. Arjun comes there. Karun tells everything to Arjun. Arjun tells thanks to Kaashvi. He says that Mahima is irresponsible.
