Episode begins with Preesha was drinking water and crocodile moves towards her. Rudraksh wonders how to get out of this forest. She tells him to drink water saying there is no snake here. He refuses and crocodile tries to drag Preesha inside. She shouts and Rudraksh fights with crocodile to save her. Preesha hits crocodile to save Rudraksh. She cries noticing his wounded hand.
Mahima comes to Shrinivasan house again and Yuvraj opens the door for her and says everyone sleeping except him. He shocks seeing chloroform in her hand and asks how can she use that on Rudraksh when it’s dangerous for kid. She says Saaransh won’t die and says if he wake up then he will start to shout so it’s necessary to use chloroform.
Preesha blames herself for his injury and apologize to him. He says it’s not her mistake and she is not aware that crocodile waiting for them and says she is also injured saying her leg must be paining a lot. She says it’s small injury only because before it hurts her more he catched the crocodile.
She notices his bleeding hand and ties the wound with her cloth piece and says they has to go to hospital as soon as possible. He says it’s night time so it’s risky. She says if they don’t treat his wound now then infection will spread. He tells her to understand him and says they has to wait for morning. They decides to stay there ( Agar tum saath ho song plays in the background). He was about to fall while sleeping so she let him lay on her.
Saaransh was sleeping with Gopal and Vasudha. Mahima puts the chloroform filled handkerchief on Saaransh’s face and takes him. She says Yuvraj should act like he doesn’t know anything and leaves from there.
Next day, Preesha gets worried seeing Rudraksh’s wound and says they has to reach the hospital as soon as possible. He feels dizzy and they stops the car asks lift. That lady says they can’t give lift to strangers. Preesha pleads her to help them. Rudraksh explains how they reached the forest and pleads them to help. The couple agrees to help them.
Vasudha notices that Saaransh is missing and searches him everywhere in the house. Gopal wakes up Yuvraj. Yuvraj says in his dream few Goons kidnapped Saaransh and asks them about Preesha. Vasudha asks him about Saaransh. Yuvraj says he was sleeping with them only then why they are asking him. Vasudha says she already searched him everywhere in the house. Yuvraj says what if Goons kidnapped him and goes out to search him.
Doctor treats Rudraksh’s wound and says wound is deep so she has to stitches. Another Doctor treats Preesha’s wound. Preesha’s Doctor says her wound will heal in two to three days. Preesha goes to meet Rudraksh. He says he feels good to see her and says he knows that she loves him and cares about him and asks her to admit that.
