Today’s episode starts with Kartik saying to Naira that by saving your life I am saving everyone’s life. And for that sake this is very little thing he is paying off. He dreams of dancing with Naira on (Teri Meri song). Doctor come and asks Kartik and says to him that they have to shift Naira to OT. Kartik ask Naira to promise him that she will come back safely to him. There, Vedika learns some shocking news from Pallavi about Naira and stands shocked.
Other side, Kairav cry and Gayatri and Surekha try to console her. Vansh interrupts and ask Kairav to pray to God instead of crying. The duo prays in front of almighty for Naira.
Before going to OT; Naira and Vedika both hold Karthik’s hand. But Kartik leaves Vedika’s hand and holds Naira. Aftrewards, doctor ask Manish to do the formality by signing on the paper that reads they are well aware that surgery is complicated. Kartik signs the papers.
Suhasini and Kaveri say once Naira will be back they will get Kaira marry again. Kartik thinks he and Naira can never become Kaira again. Doctor does the surgery. Pallavi thinks in her whole career she has never seen such a surgery.
Later, Pallavi inform Goenka’s that Vedika is out of danger while Naira didn’t have consciousness back. Here, Kairav ask Gayatri to video call Kartik to know about Naira. Kartik and Kairav talk with each other. Kartik ask Kairav to pray to God.
Ahead, Kartik recalls his deal with Vedika. Nurse informs him that he can meet Naira and Vedika. Naira recalls how she met with an accident and wakes up. Naira asks Vedika what happened to her. Vedika ask Naira do she remember what happened to her. Naira says she remembers half. Episode ends with Naira asking Kartik if he is fine. Kartik recalls Vedika’s promise and stands stunned.
Precap: Naira over hears nurses talk where one of them mentioned, Pallavi has given mile injection to Vedika during surgery and she don’t understand why.
