The episode starts with Rishi hearing Lakshmi shouting in pain due to the shock treatment. Rishi goes to the operation theatre. Rishi sees Lakshmi in pain and couldn’t bear to see her in pain. Rishi comes into the operation theatre and stops the shock treatment. Rishi helps Lakshmi and hugs her. Rishi assures Lakshmi that nothing will happen to her. Lakshmi says to Rishi that she doesn’t want to stay here. Rishi says he will take her home. The doctor says to Rishi that he can’t take her home as the treatment isn’t completed. Rishi comments on the doctor and takes Lakshmi away from there. The doctor says he can’t take her away.
Neha asks Rano why is she worried about Lakshmi this much. Rano says she is worried about Lakshmi as if no one takes care of Lakshmi then she has to be responsible for Lakshmi.
Rishi says to the doctor that he will not treat Lakshmi in this hospital as they are torturing her. Virendra asks the doctor how did Lakshmi respond to the treatment. The doctor says Rishi hasn’t allowed them to complete the treatment. Rishi says to Virendra that they will not treat Lakshmi in this hospital and they are going to take her home. Virendra agrees.
Harleen calls Virendra and asks Virendra about Lakshmi’s condition. Virendra says Lakshmi hasn’t gotten treated. Harleen feels helpless hearing this. Harleen says to Oberoi family that Lakshmi hasn’t gotten treated. Sonia hearing this thinks Lakshmi will forever be mad. Harleen asks Sonia to shut up.
Malishka goes to a side and calls Abhay and gives him the good news that Lakshmi has gone mad. Abhay says this is good news and asks Malishka to come home. Malishka says she will stay here and says there is a dilemma in Neelam’s mind and says she has to see what going to happen next. Abhay agrees. Abhay also says to Sonal about Lakshmi going mad. Sonal says now there is no trouble for Malishka.
Virendra is shown to be driving the car and prays for Lakshmi’s well being. Bani thinks why does things like this always happen with Lakshmi. Shalu also agrees. Ayush asks them to stay strong and says Lakshmi will get well soon.
Rishi sees Lakshmi putting her hand out of the window. Rishi asks Lakshmi not to do it.
