The episode starts with Malishka asking Karishma what happened with Lakshmi. Karishma comments on Lakshmi. Sonali says to Malishka that Lakshmi has gone mad and says she is mentally ill. Virendra asks Sonali to mind her words. Sonali says she will not mind as she is speaking the truth. Virendra shouts at Sonali. Harleen asks Virendra if there is treatment for this. Virendra says yes. Virendra says he will go to Lakshmi. Neelam says he will not go as Lakshmi has become mentally ill and there is no cure for it. Virendra reminds Neelam that she is not a doctor. Virendra says he will believe if doctor says this. Virendra later leaves from there.
Rishi understands that Lakshmi might not be completely cured even after the treatment. Rishi still asks the doctor to treat Lakshmi. The doctor agrees. Rishi convinces Lakshmi to go with the nurses to get treatment. Lakshmi agrees.
Neha brings water for Rano and asks Rano why did Lakshmi behave like a child. Rano says she is not a fortune teller to know why she behaved like a kid.
Rishi sends Lakshmi into the operation theatre. Virendra comes to Rishi. Rishi hugs Virendra and cries infront of his father. Rishi says he doesn’t know why all of this is happening as he thought everything is going to be fine.
Virendra comforts Rishi and asks Rishi where is Lakshmi. Ayush says Lakshmi is in the operation theatre. Virendra asks Ayush if Lakshmi will be cured after the operation. Shalu says there is a chance but no guarantee. Virendra says there is a chance and says that’s enough. Virendra leaves from there.
Rishi sees Lakshmi in the operation theatre and worries about her.
Shalu gets a call from Neha. Neha asks Shalu about Lakshmi’s condition. Shalu says Lakshmi is getting treatment. Rano asks Shalu to tell her clearly what happened to Lakshmi. Shalu says the accident effected her mind and she is getting treatment. Rano hopes that Lakshmi will be cured.
Sonali asks Harleen if Lakshmi is going to come to this home. Harleen says she will come here as this is Lakshmi’s house also. Sonali reminds Harleen that Lakshmi has gone mad. Harleen says Lakshmi will get cured. Sonali and Karishma question Harleen what if Lakshmi doesn’t get cured. Harleen asks them to keep their mouth shut. Malishka hopes Lakshmi will never get cured as she will have a chance to get Rishi.
Rishi sees Lakshmi getting shock treatment. Rishi feels helpless seeing Lakshmi in pain. Ayush says to Rishi that this is for the betterment of Lakshmi and hopes that Lakshmi will be fine.
