Episode starts with Akshay thinking about all the incidents related to Heer. Lady doctor comes to check her. She says Heer is better and he can take her with him after some time. Akshay requests lady doctor that she won’t reveal Heer’s truth to anybody. Heer gets her senses back and she asks why is she here? Akshay says she met with an accident and two kind people took her here. He asks how does it happen?
Heer doesn’t reply him. One nurse says Preeto Harak left. Heer thinks Akshay really has no idea of the accident. She gives excuse saying she was out to buy massage oil for Kuhu. Suddenly one car hit her. Akshay tries to leave. Heer asks when can she return home? As Biji will be angry. Akshay thinks about Biji’s anger and he says he will discharge Heer within 1 hour. Heer gets tensed and think does Akshay know about her truth?
Preeto tells Parmeet that we have to move on. Parmeet says what does she mean? Virat is suffering for her and how can she tell that Heer won’t come here. Harak says she will not return here as after a lot of struggle she is now living happily. Preeto says if anyone wants to ruin Heer’s life then we won’t spare them.
Sant says you are not fulfilling your promise. Parmeet says she can go to any extent for her son. Preeto says she’ll also cross limits for protecting Heer. Sant says my son is suffering a lot. Look at him once and try to understand. Harak says we also suffered a lot and remembered Heer. Try to understand Preeto’s happiness. She doesn’t want Heer to enter her past life again. Preeto says maybe matarani also wants it.
Parmeet says matarani loves everyone equally. She took her to matarani’s temple and says it was not merely a coincidence that she saw Heer. It was matarani’s signal that she only can save Virat. Preeto says Parmeet has to forget about the idea that she can bring Heer here. She says she’ll protect Heer’s happiness anyhow. She takes a vow. Harak and Preeto leave by car.
Preeto tells Harak to stop the car near a temple. Preeto thanks matarani as she got Heer back. She says its their responsibility to protect Heer’s happiness. Sant thinks Heer stays with kinnars. Noone knows that Heer lives in Kaul Villa except them.
Biji visits hospital and gets angry on Heer saying how can she hide the truth from her? Heer gets shocked.
Parmeet tells Isha that Heer’s family didn’t fulfill their promise. Heer has to come here at any cost. Isha says how will Virat be alright then ? Virat hears it and gets up from bed and opens the rope. Parmeet tries to stop him but he says he has to find Heer. He rushes to find her.
Biji says Akshay told her about Heer’s accident. Why didn’t she inform her and why she was crossing road carelessly. Heer says she didn’t get hurt much. Biji says a mother can be hurt after seeing her daughter’s pain. Lady doctor asks is Heer her daughter? Biji says not biological but she loves her like a mother loves her daughter. Biji takes Heer with her and Akshay maintains a distance from Heer seeing her coming near him. Heer thinks what happened to him?
