Episode begins with Anand overhears Ram and Manorama’s conversation about Niyati and Abhimanyu’s past. Manorama leaves from there and Abhimanyu enters the house and asks Ram about Niyati and Abhimanyu’s relationship. On the other hand, Abhimanyu tells Niyati that he can’t let her inject him because she will leave after that. She tells him that she won’t go anywhere until his treatment gets over. She injects him and he sleeps. She tells Abhimanyu’s family that he is doing fine and blames herself for his condition. Manorama tells her that everything is destiny’s game.
Anand asks Ram that how the latter knows Manorama. Ram tells him that Niyati don’t know anything and she should not know about it too. Meanwhile Niyati tells Manorama that Abhimanyu should not love her and she don’t want him to get hurt because of her. Abhimanyu’s father Gajendra asks her to not come from tomorrow. He yells at her for saying that Abhimanyu loves her. He humiliates her saying that she is using Abhimanyu’s disease. He tells her that she can’t match Abhimanyu’s standard.
Ram reveals to Anand that Abhimanyu and Niyati’s relationship beginned when they were kids. He informs him that he and Gajendra were friends and then Abhimanyu and Niyati became friends and they took care of each other always. Anand recalls that how Niyati used to care for Abhimanyu.
Gajendra asks Niyati that how much money she wants to leave Abhimanyu. She tells him that he is crossing his limits. Manorama stops him and tells him that he will regret later for his words. He insults Niyati. She tells him that he don’t have any rights to talk to her like this and question her upbringing. He asks her to leave from there. She asks Manorama to hire any other Nurse and tells her to take care of Abhimanyu because he needs her the most and leaves from there.
Ram informs Anand about Abhimanyu and Niyati’s child marriage. Meanwhile, Niyati recalls Gajendra’s words. Ram tells Anand that Gajendra killed someone so they left Bihar and that time they got separated from Gajendra’s family. He says to him that he was searching Gajendra’s family from that time because they are not just his friend’s family but Niyati’s in laws too. He tells him that he could not tell the truth to Niyati. He says to him that recently only he saw Manorama and found that Abhimanyu is Manorama’s son. He asks him that how can he give Niyati’s hands to Abhimanyu that’s why he decided to not tell the past to Niyati never.
Sulochna tells Anand that they made mistake by doing Niyati and Abhimanyu’s child marriage. Ram tells him that he can’t let Niyati suffer because of his mistake. He asks him to forget the past and not leave Niyati. Anand tells him that he won’t marry Niyati without informing her about her past because she deserves to know it. Sulochna tells him that Niyati should not know the past. He tells her that he can’t hide this huge truth from Niyati. Niyati enters the house.
