The episode starts with Anirudh giving Sumati’s photo to media to post about her missing as he’s worried about her. Imlie gets ready for her suhaagraat. Bondita is happy when Trilochan comes there. He sends everyone out saying that he wants to talk with Bondita in private.
Bondita shows off her jewelleries and Trilochan asks her a promise to fulfil all the duties of a wife. He says that she should not get out of the room before completing all the rituals. He asks her to follow all the things instructed by Sampoorna. Bondita says about staying inside veil, broken bangles, fallen saree and broken bed. She promises to not come out before fulfilling all of it.
Anirudh comes home and Bihari rushes to him shouting everyone that Anirudh is back. Everyone comes out and Bondita asks about her mother. Anirudh recalls what happened. Anirudh lies that Sumati Maa didn’t return from pilgrimage yet and promises to bring her home soon. Binoy decides to do something before Anirudh starts searching Sumati.
Sampoorna says it’s time for the ritual. Anirudh fumes while Sampoorna takes Bondita inside the room. Anirudh tries leaving but Kaka meets with him. He praises Anirudh for activities. Trilochan asks Bihari to give intoxicated sweets to Anirudh so that he wouldn’t be in his senses. He says only then he would participate in the ritual and they would soon get a child. Bihari fears but Troll convinces that its normal.
Sampoorna and Bondita dances for Dola re song. Anirudh gets fed by intoxicated sweets in the meantime. He gets inebriated. Sampoorna finds Binoy packing his things. She asks the reason and Binoy says he’s leaving the house as soon Anirudh finds about Sumati. Sampoorna says she will speak with them but Binoy shuts her. He’s about to leave when Sampoorna confesses that Sumati is alive.
On the other hand, Devoleena and her husband digs a pit and keeps unconscious Sumati inside. Binoy bursts out at Sampoorna for fooling him all the time. She says that it’s because of her parents she did all that and promises to fulfil all her responsibilities. Devoleena and Mama ji buries Sumati inside the pit. Meanwhile, Anirudh and Bondita participates in the rituals while Anirudh too co operates in his inebriated state.
Sampoorna comes to Devoleena and asks where is Sumati. They says she would’ve died by now. Sampoorna says that she promised Binoy to bring Sumati in order to win his heart. She blasts out at them and asks them to bring back Sumati if she was still alive. Devoleena leaves with her husband.
On the other hand Anirudh and Bondita take owes to start their relationship as husband and wife and grow their generation. Sampoorna comes there and Binoy asks about Sumati. She says that she will be there soon. Sampoorna and other ladies takes Bondita to Anirudh’s room and instructs her about to behave. Kaka gives some drink to inebriated Anirudh and he drinks it. Bondita covers herself with veil and waits for Anirudh on his bed. Anirudh enters his room.
