The episode starts with Gowri praying to God for her family’s happiness. She prays also for Venba and Kavin’s well-being and tells the priest to distribute the prasadam to the devotees on her behalf. Gowri goes around the temple. Kavin and Venba visit the same temple. Venba prays to God for Kavin. She says that Kavin used to live like a king, but he left all the luxurious for her. She wishes to not make him suffer anymore and seeks God’s help for the same. Kavin prays for Venba. He says that he wanted to give Venba all the happiness, but he had to leave his house. He prays to get a job soon and take good care of Venba. Kavin asks Venba if they can leave. Venba says that they should sit for a while before leaving. They go and sit down in a place. Kavin smiles. Venba asks why he’s smiling. Kavin says that they are homeless now. Venba holds herself responsible for their condition. Kavin says that he’s learning what would be the life without money and enjoying it. Venba holds her chest saying she has heartburn. Kavin says that she hasn’t eaten anything since morning so that she is having acidity.
Kavin notices that the prasadam is given and he goes to get it for Venba. Kavin requests the priest to give one more plate prasadam for his wife. The priest gets doubtful and asks if he’s not lying. kavin assures him that his wife is really there. The priest gives one more plate prasadam. Kavin requests to give one more vadai as his wife likes it. the priest smiles and gives him. Venba criea on seeing this. Kavin goes back to Venba. He feeds the prasadam to Venba as the food is hot. Venba also feeds Kavin.
Kavin and venba go to wash their hand. Gowri notices them and smiles. She sees them drinking tap water and feels bad. Kavin and Venba get ready to leave. Gowri calls out Venba. Kavin and Venba get suprised on seeing Gowri. The latter tells that she has come to the temple to pray for them and distributed the prasadam on their name. Venba says that Kavin got that prasadam for himself and her without knowing this. Gowri notices the photo frame on their hands and checks it. She asks why they are having Saradha’s photi and asks what happened. They narrate what happened at Nandhini’s house. Gowri requests them to return home. She says that she will convince Mallika. Kavin and Venba refuse. Gowri tells them to accept at least her help. Venba reminds her Mallika’s condition of not taking any relatives help and refuses. Kavin says that their current situation is temporary and he’s confident that he will win the challenge and pay Mallika the one crore rupees.
Kavin says to Venba that he’s not happy of meeting Gowri as the latter loves him like his mother and she must be feeling bad on seeing his miserable condition. Venba assures him that their situation will soon change. Kavin notices that a truck is going to hit a girl child and rushes to save her. Venba shouts Kavin.
