Episode starts with Bhavani asking Sai to bring a box from her room, whereas Pakhi questions about it. Bhavani ask her to have patience and then praises Pakhi for always looking after the family. At that time Sai comes there with the box and gives it to Bhavani, whereas the latter opens it and everyone gets mesmerized seeing the precious necklace. Sonali questions that Bhavani brought it for Sai then why is she giving it to Pakhi? To which the latter reveals that Sai doesn’t deserves it as much as Pakhi. She compliments Pakhi and states that she have always made her proud.
Here, Pakhi gets elated while Bhavani calls Samrat and ask him to make Pakhi wear it. He takes the necklace and goes near Pakhi while she blushes. Whereas, Karishma clicks their pictures. He was about to make her wear the necklace, when it slips from his hand and falls down. Everyone gets shocked as it got broken, while they bends down to pick it up.
Sai was also about to help in picking the pearls, but Pakhi stops her and says that it is because of Sai’s evil eyes. Mansi tells that it is inauspicious if the necklace gets broken, while Pakhi gets worried. Sai takes a stand for herself and says that she never gets jealous of Pakhi. She tells that she was genuinely happy for Pakhi as she has won Bhavani’s heart.
Elsewhere, Samrat also takes a stand for Sai and says that she wasn’t wrong. Bhavani scolds him for supporting Sai instead of her or Pakhi. She ask him to remove the blind trust for Sai. Meanwhile, Virat goes to drop Sai to the hospital. She keeps thinking about the matter while he consoles her. She feels sad for Pakhi and Samrat.
Sai ask Virat to stop the car in the parking lot as she doesn’t wanted to face Dr. Thurat. He tries to get romantic with her but she runs away from there. Dr. Thurat sees Sai and taunts her. He says that she had failed to create her first impression, while she gives a befitting reply to him and proceed to do her work.
Ahead, Karishma tries to get in good books of Pakhi, but the latter ask her to leave. Karishma then gives the pictures she have clicked of Pakhi and Samrat, while the latter takes it and smiles seeing it. Whereas, Samrat comes there and surprises Pakhi with a beautiful necklace. He makes her wear it while she gets elated and shows her gratitude towards her.
Sai treats the patients while some goons comes there and starts messing around with staffs. They ask to treat their head goon and was about to injure a kid, but Sai saves her and scolds the goons. She makes them sit and starts treating them, when they mocks her and demands for a good doctor. They also disturbs the patients, while Sai gets furious at them.
Further, Sai scolds them for their behaviour, while they starts misbehaving with her. She raises her voice against them, whereas a doctor informs Dr. Thurat about it. He goes to check the scenario and sees Sai along with the goon. He smirks thinking about a plan and determines to teach her a lesson.
Precap:- The goon ask Dr. Thurat to give him a strong painkiller, while the latter scolds Sai for not giving medicine to him. Sai gets shocked by Dr. Thurat’s behaviour and looks at him. Whereas, the goon was about to sit on the bed when Sai stops him and prohibits him to go there. He gets furious at her and puts the knife on her neck. He threatens to kill her, while she looks at him.
