The episode starts with Vasudhara saying to Rishi that he might be taking out his anger on her for something else as this is just a simple thing. Rishi makes a comment on what Vasudhara said. Vasudhara thinks she knows that he shows his right on her as they are Rishidhara. Rishi sees Vasudhara is seeing him. He reminds her that she needs to work not to see him. Vasudhara agrees. Rishi sends Vasudhara to his cabin to get the last year’s syllabus file. Vasudhara agrees. She goes to Rishi’s cabin and sees her drawing in Rishi’s cabin. She feels happy. Rishi comes there and takes the drawing. Vasudhara asks whose eyes they are and asks if he drew them? Rishi says she doesn’t need to know about it. He asks her to leave. Vasudhara is about to leave. Rishi stops her and asks her to do a favour. Vasudhara agrees. Rishi requests Vasudhara to let Angel know that he is unfit to marry her. He pleads with her to convince Angel to change her opinion on him. Vasudhara says she will try to help him and leaves.
Rishi opens the drawing and sees it happily. Vasudhara comes back and comments that his art is good and runs away from there. Rishi thinks eyes are good not his art.
Jagathi and Mahindra return home. Jagathi asks Devayani to give her locker keys. Devayani asks what is the need for it. Jagathi says she needs to take her jewellery. Devayani says she will give her and asks which jewellery she wants. Jagathi says she wants all of her jewelry. Devayani asks why she is taking her jewellery and asks the reason behind it. Jagathi doesn’t reveal the reason. Devyani presses for an answer. Phanidra comes there and asks what’s happening. Devyani says Jagathi wants to take out all her jewellery from the locker so I asked her what happened but they are not revealing the truth. Phandira asks Jagathi if it’s true. Jagathi agrees. Phanidra and Devayani ask Jagathi why she is asking for the gold. Shailendra says Jagathi is asking to mortgage the gold.
Phaneendra asks Shailendra what is he talking about? Shailendra says he is saying the truth? Phaneendra says they wouldn’t do anything without telling him. Phaneendra questions Jagathi about why are they mortgaging all of the gold? Jagathi says to Phaneendra that it’s a small problem and she will solve it in 5 days. Shailendra says to Phaneendra that it’s salary problem and says their accounts have been seized. Phaneendra asks Jagathi if it is true. Jagathi says yes. Phaneendra doesn’t allow Jagathi to mortgage the gold. Phaneendra thinks of how to to arrange that much money. Shailendra says to Phaneendra that he will solve the money problem. Phaneendra asks Shailendra to do it. Shailendra leaves from there.
Shailendra comes to MSR and asks MSR if he prepared the bond papers. Shailendra says yes. Shailendra takes the bond papers and says to MSR that with this MSR will get the college. Shailendra will get the college from MSR after that. Shailendra calls Phaneendra and says to Phaneendra that the money has been arranged but they need to sign on an agreement as it’s a big amount. Phaneendra agrees. MSR praises Shailendra on the way he handles things. Phaneendra praises Shailendra infront of Jagathi and Mahindra as he solved this problem. Shailendra takes the money from MSR and leaves from there.
