This week began with Malini showing Imlie’s saree to Anu saying she used it to control Aditya last night. There Meethi gives strength to Imlie saying she will not compromise with the situation. Anu tries to destroy the proof against Malini but Dulari catches her. She finds something fishy. Malini blackmails Imlie saying Aditya’s career will be ruined if she doesn’t leave him. Later Aditya tries to remember what exactly happened in the night. He tries to convince Imlie but the latter says that she can’t trust him anymore.
Imlie refuses to forgive Aditya and she gets ready to leave Tripathi house with Meethi and Dulari. Aditya tries to stop her but in vain. There Anu and Malini burn Imlie’s saree which is a proof against Malini. But Dev comes there and seeing him Anu extinguishes the fire. She hides the burnt saree in dickey. Later Aparna and Radha give jewels to Imlie and ask her to leave. Imlie does not take it and Meethi says Tripathis don’t deserve Imlie. Aditya decides to surrender himself to Police for his act but Malini starts her drama saying her respect will be ruined if the matter goes in public.
Imlie leaves Aditya and breaks down to tears. Later she finds her burnt saree in Dev’s car dickey. She calls the police to get Malini arrested. Imlie says that Malini molested Aditya and took advantage of him thus she should get punished legally. Imlie shows her burnt saree to Aditya and Malini gets arrested. Tripathis blame Imlie for calling Police also for ruining Aditya’s reputation by calling him a victim.
Aditya tells Imlie to withdraw her complaint against Malini but Imlie is adamant. Malini gets bail with lawyer Desai’s help and then she meets Tripathis. Anu threatens Imlie to take back the complaint as noone is supporting her. No lawyer will take up her case. Much to their shock Kunal enters and says that he will fight case against Malini, if she really took advantage then she will get punishment. Tripathis refuse to cooperate with him.
Malini meets Kunal to tell him that he should not fight case on behalf of Imlie but Kunal refuses to help her. Malini and he get into an argument. Later Anu assures Malini that the case will be dismissed. Tripathis get a court notice to give statement there. Anu sends a crowd to stop them from reaching court. Imlie stands up for Aditya while people start accusing him. Dulari supports Imlie. Imlie and Tripathis reach court on time.
Mr Desai calls Harish in the witness box. Harish says he can’t remember anything what happened that night as they were drunk. Mr Desai calls Radha and she says the same. Aparna also tells the court that she is unable to remember anything. Mr Desai calls Pankaj and the latter says he doesn’t have idea about the incident. Meethi says to Imlie the statement is going in Malini’s favor. Imlie says truth is just hidden. Desai calls Rupy in the witness box and she says she is not sure Malini spiked their drinks. Nishant says he also has no idea. Kunal says defence lawyer is wasting court’s time. They should question the victim. Mr Desai calls Aditya in witness box and says why he put false allegations on Malini when she is his wife. Aditya says Imlie is his wife. Desai asks Aditya if he got married to Imlie then did he tell about this to Malini before marrying her. Aditya says he tried and Desai tells him to answer in yes or no. Aditya says no. Desai says they can’t trust Aditya as he first got married to a 18 years old girl and then he trapped Malini too. Aditya is a fraud. Kunal later asks Aditya did he tell the truth to Malini. Aditya says yes and it’s their mutual decision to take divorce.
Kunal reveals Malini stopped the divorce proceedings. Does Aditya know that? Aditya gets shocked and sees Malini. Desai says Aditya is getting confused between his two wives. He is handling both. Aditya says he told already that only Imlie is his wife and he loves her. Desai questions him then does he think Malini misbehaved with him that night. Aditya says it was just an accident and it shouldn’t have happened. Kunal asks Aditya then clearly tell us what happened exactly. Aditya says he argued with Imlie on the occasion of Janmashtami and then he is not sure what happened to him. Kunal says then how come Aditya is so sure that Malini didn’t do anything wrong to him. Aditya says Malini is his friend.
Desai says prosecutor is misleading Aditya and he can’t prove that Malini did wrong. Judge says this case is meaningless as the victim doesn’t think Malini took advantage of him. Kunal pleads with Judge to give him some more time to work on it. He could not collect proofs as everyone was drunk that night. Judge gives him another court hearing date.
Anu praises Mr Desai for the way he handled the situation. She assures Malini saying the case will be dismissed. Malini says she is scared to lose Aditya in this process. Anu says Imlie became Aditya’s responsibility first and he accepted her. Malini will use the same trick to win Aditya’s heart again. Aditya comes to Malini and asks why she didn’t tell him that she stopped the divorce proceedings. Malini says she wanted to tell him but she got admitted to hospital and he brought her home. Malini says she was confused so she took time to understand her feelings. She says sorry to Aditya for not informing him earlier. Aditya says he never thought the matter will go to court and Malini needs to get some rest to get better but another case is affecting her. He apologises to her and Malini tells him not to feel bad. Malini starts her acting that her own sister and friend talked ill about her character. She felt insulted.
Imlie says to Malini that Kunal didn’t say anything wrong, no crowd has come to insult her but Aditya has the right to become sad. Imlie says Aditya is suffering a lot this time. Aditya says but it’s happening because of Imlie only. She took the matter to court and insulted his family. Their respect is at stake. Imlie stays quiet and Aditya leaves. Malini taunts Imlie saying she is feeling bad for the latter as Imlie is completely alone and without proof the case will be dismissed. Aditya is also ignoring her.
Kunal tells Imlie without proof they can’t prove Malini wrong. Dulari says they have think like Anu to expose her. They have to play the same tricks with her. Imlie gets an idea and says she knows what she has to do now.
In future episodes it will be shown that Imlie will get dressed up as Malini and will try to make Anu confess the truth by making her drunk. Anu will fall into the trap but Malini will arrive that time to stop them.
