The episode starts with Riddhima getting kidnapped by the person in hoodie. Riddhima notices the person’s bracelet before fainting. Riddhima wakes up in a hospital room and learns from the nurse that her ultrasound test has been done. Riddhima says that she hasn’t asked to do any test. The family comes there. Sia says that Riddhima called them here. She says that she texted them saying that she’s going to take her sonography test. Riddhima denies it and remembers getting kidnapped. Ishani asks Riddhima to check her own phone. Chanchal taunts Riddhima. Dadi tells the nurse to bring Riddhima’s reports. Riddhima says that she didn’t send those messages and says that they should leave now as it will take time for the report to come. The nurse brings Riddhima’s reports. Dadi asks what’s written in the report. The nurse tells that the baby is healthy and safe shocking Riddhima, Ishani and Chanchal. Dadi says to Riddhima that she’s happy that baby is safe and regrets trusting Ishani and Chanchal. The nurse takes Riddhima for regular regular check up on Dadi’s insistance. Dadi scolds Ishani and Chanchal for putting false allegation on Riddhima and says that Vansh wouldn’t have spared them, if he was here. Dadi says with confidence that Riddhima can’t do anything that will separate her from Vansh.
Vyom drags Riddhima to a corner and reveals that he has asked the doctor to change Riddhima’s report. Riddhima gets shocked and says that she does not want his help. Vyom says that the other day he saved her since he wanted to save her baby, but she killed her own baby and asks why she did like that. He threatens to kill Riddhima. The latter says that she’s not scared of him and refuses to tell him the reason. She leaves asking him to stay out of her life. Vyom vows to find the truth.
Angre confesses to Dadi that he heard Riddhima saying that she’s not pregnant. Ishani says that Riddhima her liar in front of all as and asks Dadi who is the liar now. Sia says that Riddhima was playing with their emotions. Chanchal says that she has lot of experience and she got to know she got to know Riddhima isn’t pregnant on seeing her face. Dadi asks then why the doctor lied to them. She orders Angre to call the doctor and put it on loudspeaker. Angre obeys. Dadi threatens the doctor and asks whether Riddhima is pregnant or not. The doctor admits that she lied that Riddhima is pregnant and someone gave her money for the same, but she did not see that person’s face. Dadi scolds the doctor and hangs up the call. Dadi shouts Riddhima and says that she lied to them and asks why she did like this. Angre tries to calm her down. There it’s revealed Riddhima is holding the doctor at the gun point. She thanks the doctor for her support and leaves.
Riddhima comes back to the hotel. A person from a lab gives a report. Riddhima goes to a room to check the report. Ishani comes there calling out Riddhima to tell her Dadi is calling her. The latter hides the report on seeing Ishani. Riddhima goes to meet Dadi. Dadi shouts at Riddhima asking why lied to them about her pregnancy. Riddhima says that in the report is clearly stated that her baby is safe. She asks why would the doctor lie. Dadi says that the doctor lied and confessed the same to them afterwards. Chanchal says Riddhima can’t fool Dadi. Dadi asks Riddhima what’s the truth. Riddhima says that it could be possible someone threatened the doctor to lie to them. Vyom is seeing all this. Dadi reminds Riddhima that her baby is this family’s heir and says that she won’t spare her if she had done anything to that baby. Riddhima says that it’s enough, she can’t take any more blame and gives her detailed pregnancy reports. Riddhima also gives one more report that was taken two days before. Dadi says that it all could be Riddhima’s plan which she can’t understand now, but she will find out it soon as nothing can be hidden from her. Riddhima says that she’s not hiding anything. The truth is in this report and says a mom can’t lie about her baby. Dadi says that Riddhima will ruin this family before her baby come to this world. Dadi asks Riddhima to rest.
Dadi tells Angre to end Riddhima’s shocking Angre. The latter tells that they should come to any conclusion in hurry, what if Riddhima is really pregnant. Dadi tells Angre that 8 hours left for Vansh’s arrival and asks him to find the truth before 8 hours. If he fails, he knows what to do. Angre nods and leaves. Angre goes to Riddhima. Angre asks Riddhima what she’s hiding. He adds that she has always done everything for the family’s sake and asks whom she’s trying to save now. He cautions her that Vansh wouldn’t be able to handle this time, if she has taken any wrong steps which could hurt Vansh.
