The episode starts with Girish getting a call from the police saying Sid assaulted the interviewer and they filed a complaint against him. The police ask Girish to come to the police station. Mithai feels something is wrong. Chandrakantha greets Mithai. Hari Mohan asks Mithai what is she worried about. Mithai says she is feeling something is wrong. Harimohan says to Mithai there is no need to worry.
Mithai sees Sid coming. Hari Mohan asks Sid what happened. Sid says to Hari Mohan that they didn’t want to interview me but they were talking about our family matters and he also says to Hari mohan that his previous company gave him bad remarks. Sid gets angry and goes to his room. Mithai goes after him to talk to him. Mithai tries to cheer up Sid. Sid seeing this tahnks her. Mithai asks Sid for help saying she doesn’t understand the orders that come in english and she asks him to take it. Sid asks Mithai if she is asking for his help or giving him a job. Mithai convinces Sid saying he is her business partner and that’s why he is asking him for help. Sid agrees. Mithai teases Sid calling him a bottle cap and she is the bottle. Sid goes after her and they play for a while.
Girish asks Shubham how did he he lost this big order. Shubham says he is in the work shop and he didn’t know how this happened. Girish talks to Shubham about it. Girish asks Shubham who got the order. Shubham says Mithai got the order. Girish says atleast not all is bad as Mithai got the order and if Agarwal got the order thet would have to pay for their mistake. Mithai says to Girish not to show anger on Shubham. Girish says to Mithai he is just telling Shubham to be careful. Mithai teases Shubham to be careful saying Girish might give the HM sweets responsibility to Mithai. Shubham says he will be careful. Mithai says she was just joking.
Girish calls for Sid and explains to him what happened. Girish also announces to him that he wants to give the responsibility of HM sweets to Mithai. Harimohan mentions two things saying this is Shubham’s first mistake and Mithai’s dream is not to join our business and points out that’s why she didn’t join the competition with them. Abhishek also reminds Girish if he took away Shubham’s responisbilty after he gave it to him in just one day then Shubham might lose his self confidence. Girish comments on it and asks Sid to convince Mithai to run HM sweets. Pramod records everything what they said about Shubham.
Pramod shows this video to Shubham and says in this house both of their position is the same. Shubham gets worried seeing the video and asks for Pramod’s help. Pramod agrees to help him and says nobody should know about their cooperation. Pramod thinks with Shubham now he can do what he thinks of.
Mithai asks Shubham for help as she can’t understand english. Sid creates an e mial account on her name which will receive orders. After the account is done they get a big order. Mithai thanks Sid by hugging him. Sid says that’s not how you hug and tries to hug her again but Mithai runs away.
Mithai shares this good news with the family. All the family praises Sid and Mithai. Pramod says just because nobody is hiring Sid. He is not useless. Sid gets hurt hearing this and walks away from there.
