The episode starts with Mayura lying unconscious in hospital and Neel operating. Outside Omkar talks to Lord Ganesha and says he wants to get forgiveness from Mayura. He prays to god wishing for Mayura to gain back her consciousness. He says he will do everything the way she says.
Ashutosh comes there and scolds him and tells Omkar to stop his actions. If he was concerned about Mayura why did he put her life in danger. He tells Omkar to stay away from Mayura. Omkar says once Mayura is awake she will tell them the truth.
Ashwaria disguises herself as a nurse and enters the hospital. Neel says another nurse to stay by Mayura’s side. Outside Omkar asks Neel if Mayura is fine. Neel shouts at him and calls him shameless for taking his to-be wife away in the middle of marriage rituals and now asking if she is fine. Omkar asks him to tell if Mayura is fine or not. Neel gets angry and tries to raise their hand on Omkar but Omkar stops him and says now he will do what he wants.
Ashwaria enters Mayura’s room and tells the nurse that Neel is calling her and sends her away. She tries to strangle Mayura using the pillow. Nurse comes and asks Neel if he had called her. Omkar gets suspicious that Mayura is in danger. Everyone runs towards Mayura’s room. Mayura is running short of breath. Omkar holds her hand and sits by her side. Neel asks everyone to go outside. Later Neel comes and says Mayura is fine.
Omkar hugs her happily and says he has a lot to say to her. He wants to ask forgiveness from her and tell her a lot of things. Neel feels irritated. Mayura pushes him away. She says what is he speaking. Omkar says why is she behaving like this. She had said him that she remembers everything but why is she pretending now. Mayura says she remembers how he broke her trust and took her away from marriage hall. Omkar tells her she knows he is her husband then why is she doing all this. Mayura looks at him but says she has no relationship with him neither in past nor in present. Omkar feels broken. Mayura picks up a scalpel and says Omkar she will hurt him. But Omkar keeps moving closer to her.
Mayura looks on and says she will kill him. Omkar says she can kill him if she wants. But then Neel tells Mayura to relax and says police to arrest Omkar. Omkar asks Mayura if she wants this. Mayura tells police to take Omkar away.
Mayura apologises to her family for not believing them. Later Ashutosh asks Neel if he still wants to marry Mayura. He says Omkar cannot come in between him and Mayura. Shankar comes and gets bail for Omkar. Omkar hugs Shankar and tells him everything. He cries badly and tells he lost Mayura once again. He says he is getting punished for his sins. He says he feels Mayura’s eyes were reflecting love for him but why is she pushing him away.
Mayura says Neel it was Ashwaria who had attacked her. She needs to inform him about his safety. Neel tries to instigate her against Omkar. But Mayura says she has seen changes in him and praises him. Neel successfully manipulates her. She thinks Omkar may be acting just like before.
