The episode starts with Sid arguing with Vardhan for the change in the donor recipient list. Vardhan tries warding away but D. Sid reveals his involvement in the change in the list. Vardhan casually mentions Neeti to be one of those patients who are gonna die in the hospital and leaves. Dr. Ishaani and Dr. Rishab are treating Mr. Malhotra and Malhotra keeps eyeing Dr. Ishaani in a bad manner. Dr. Ishaani gave him an earful and tries taking his report but Dr. Rishab prohibits her from doing so. It’s revealed that his liver damaged because of his alcoholic nature and asks him to be careful. Malhotra starts drinking again while Dr. Rishab tries stopping him but he cares least being snobbish.
Nurse gives the donor organ to Dr. Ishaani and Dr. Sid steals it while she’s signing the form. She runs after him and a cat mouse game happens between them. They come so closer and share an awkward moment. Dr. Sid shows her the original list in which Neeti’s name is mentioned as the primary recipient. Dr. Ishaani says that there may be some reason for the change while Dr. Sid clears that it’s only Vardhan who’s the reason for the change.
Vardhan meets a mysterious person and gets a huge amount of money from him for getting a place for him in Sanjeevani. Vardhan assures him of the same. Neeti gets critical and Dr. Sid treats her. He sees her children watching it from the window and closes the blinds. He finally stabilizes her and promises her to save her at any cost. He asks his assistants to arrange the OT while he arranges the donor liver and leaves.
The mysterious person is revealed to be Dr. Arun. Juhi arrives at the entrance and Dr. Arun signals Vardhan to keep quite. She tried peeping in inside the car but the blinds didn’t help her. She asks the driver to park it in the parking as an ambulance may arrive anytime.
Dr. Rishab checks Malhotra while Dr. Ishaani stands confused. Dr. Sid’s words keep ringing in her ears. She feels odd. Dr. Rishab announces the surgery in three hours. He asks her to check the liver. She opens the box to find a smiley ball and gets shocked. She recalls the events and understands that Dr. Sid tricked her. She runs after him and catches him. She scolds him for stealing the liver and argues with them.
Dr. Sid explains about Neeti condition and her brothers. He says if it goes to Mr. Malhotra then he’ll spoil this one too by his drinking but if it goes to Neeti then her whole family gets saved. Dr. Ishaani thinks for a while but then decides to stand by rules. She assures that she’ll make sure to find a way to save Neeti. Dr. Rishab records the conversation and snatches the box from Dr. Sid warning him. Dr. He also prohibits Dr. Ishaani from assisting him in the surgery.
