The episode starts with Mamta telling Ranveer that he did the right thing by helping Suhani’s grandmother. He says he only thought about his duty as a doctor and helped Suhani’s family. He didn’t break his promise that is to never see Suhani’s face again. He closed his eyes while she came to talk to him. Aditya talks to Dadi and cheers her up saying she will be fit and fine very soon. Suhani asks him to get ready to go to hospital and they are already late. Suhani gives some advises to Dadi to stay hydrated etc before leaving. Suhani makes faces at a boy to bring smile on his face and it delights Aditya. There Ranveer brings out a shirt from his closet and recalls a past memory.
In flashback Suhani asks Ranveer to not wear casual t-shirts all the time. They are visiting her house after marriage so he should wear a shirt. She selects the shirt and he says he will look like an uncle. Suhani says not at all, he says he is lucky to have a wife like her. He gets confused thinking whether she loves him more or he loves her more. The flashback ends and he takes away Suhani’s sketches, that particular shirt from the closet and goes to the garden area. He burns them all angrily. Ranveer treats patients with full dedication. Mamta visits his hospital and gets happy seeing his passion towards his work. One year later, Suhani and Aditya talk to each other. Aditya says he cant believe one year is over and they can join any hospital now. Aditya adds he didn’t imagine that they wont have to see Ranveer’s face again during their internship. Suhani looks upset.
Dr Dipak congratulates Suhani and Aditya for completing their internship. He says he talked to a renowned hospital owner Dr Bhargav, he is shifting to USA and in his absence he wants someone to take up the responsibilities of his patients. There are already many old patients. Dr Dipak says he told him about Aditya and Suhani if they are interested to join the hospital. Suhani and Aditya say that they would love to meet Dr Bhargav. Aditya gets excited seeing pakodas in Suhani’s house and he eats many of them. Later Suhani and Aditya meet Dr Bhargav and she requests him not to sell the hospital as the patients need care and the staffs will become jobless so they should give them the opportunity to take the responsibility of the hospital. Dr Bhargav gives them an offer to become his partners. Suhani and Aditya accept the offer happily.
Ranveer reads the news on paper and thinks Suhani wants to compete with him by joining the nearby hospital of Mamta hospital. He says he was minding his own business and he is away from her for one year but now he will show her he is better than her. Aditya feeds sweets to Suhani’s family and Dadi says Suhani proved that she is the best doctor. Rakesh feels proud of her. Sudha gets tensed hearing that Suhani will join a hospital which is situated near Mamta Hospital. Ranveer might think they want to mess with him. Suhani says she doesn’t want to focus on him as his chapter is over already. Ranveer gets mad at a ward boy for not looking after the patients properly and sleeping. He says he won’t allow such people in his hospital due to whom the hospital’s name will be at stake and he will have to face the consequences. He fires him and there Suhani also talks to a nurse polietly and tells her to fulfil her duties attentively.
Aditya says Suhani is doing her job really well. She says he also motivates everyone a lot. One injured goon barges into the hospital and calls out the doctor loudly. Suhani tells him to lie on the strecher and sees he got shot in his hand. She says she will inform the police and then will start his treatment. He has been taken to the OT. He tells them not to call the police. Suhani says this is their protocol. In news it’s shown police is looking for a wounded criminal who ran away after the court hearing. Suhani sees a nurse is injured and the latter says that goon ran away from the hospital to avoid getting arrested by the police. Suhani says but police should catch him alive. He needs to be treated first.
