Episode begins with Ahana calls Yuvraj and tells him that she is suspecting Mahima’s mental condition so he need to find out the truth of her also her real intention and if he get to know any secret then it will be useful for him too. He says now he is working in the hospital where Mahima’s treatment going on so he will find out.
She tells him to call after finding something only and disconnects the call. He searches Mahima’s file and gets it, he decides to show it to another doctor because she may have paid this hospital doctor to lie about her mental health. Saaransh says always Preesha selects dress for Rudraksh but today he already got ready for concert.
Rudraksh says he doesn’t need her help and also her choice of dress always sucks that’s why he himself got ready. Saaransh thinks his parents fought with each other for sure so he has to do something now. He pours water on the floor deliberately and calls Preesha to clean it. Rudraksh tried to stop him saying it’s not needed but worried Preesha comes there and asks what happened while moving towards Saaransh she slips but before she falls down Rudraksh holds her and they shares painful eye lock. Saaransh smiles seeing them together.
They recalls their yesterday night fight and Rudraksh leaves her. Saaransh asks Rudraksh that why he left her and says he knows that they fought with each other that’s why he used this trick and called her here so they ends their fight and tells them to not behave like kids. He says he doesn’t likes it when they fights with each other. Preesha says he misunderstood because everything is normal between them.
Saaransh tells them to kiss each other to prove that they didn’t fought. And they kiss each other for Saaransh. Saaransh tells them to smile and leave for concert. This time Rudraksh was about to fall because of slippery floor but Preesha holds him on time. Rudraksh stands straight and says he is fine. Preesha and Saaransh smiles at Rudraksh. Then Rudraksh and Preesha leaves for concert.
Yuvraj shows Mahima’s report to the doctor saying he came here to know second opinion. Doctor says her condition is really serious so they needs to take care of her because she may harm herself anytime and tells him to bring her next time. Ahana who heard everything tells Yuvraj that Mahima is really unstable and disconnects the call.
She tells Mishka that Mahima is lying to them. Mishka says it’s good that she didn’t entered Khurana house with any intention. Saaransh waits for Gopal and calls him. Gopal says he is taking his friend to hospital now so after that he will visit his house. Mahima says he can play with her until Gopal comes. He yells at her saying she should not act like his mother because she is his duplicate mother not original and asks why she came back and tells her to go back and leaves from there. Mahima cries saying she is useless and bad always troubles everyone and takes the knife from table.
Later Saaransh shocks seeing unconscious Mahima. He shows Mahima to everyone. Rudraksh calls doctor. Preesha runs towards Mahima. Doctor treats Mahima and tells Preesha that seems like Mahima has mental stress. Rudraksh scolds Preesha saying Saaransh had to see all this because of her. He says yesterday she choosed her sister over him so if needed he will also do same. He says he will choose Saaransh over her.
