The episode begins with Kartik is telling Naira that today is Teej. she tells him that she knows about it, in fact, the entire house, even the kids also know that today is Teej. She asks him why he is so interested in if he wants to keep a fast? Kartik says not me but someone else must have the need to keep it fast hinting at Naira. Manish calls Kartik and he left while the priest comes and gives Naira offering of puja. Naira calls Vansh who is passing by and gives him the laddu. Vedika notices all this from a corner and she again gets into the thought about Naira observing fast for Kartik. Kartik wants to know if Naira is keeping first for him? On the other side, Vedika also worked up to find out if Naira is doing the Teej secretly? Kartik thinks in his mind that he needs to confirm it to know whether he is going in the right direction or not?
Naira is in her room with Vansh and Kairav and feeding them one by one. She puts a bite in Kairav’s mouth and another and in Vansh. Kartik is coming into the room and he sees from the window that Naira is talking to phone with food in her hand, he gets upset and tries to make himself understands that he is running behind an illusion which is too good to be true. Naira forget his love and she left him long ago, he feels dejected. On the other hand, Vedika also catches Naira keeping a plate of food down and she comes under the impression that Naira is not keeping fast for Kartik. She gets happy and feels pity for herself for overthinking about this matter. She is coming down from the staircase when suddenly she feels dizzy. Naira comes from behind and holds her from falling down but Vedika gets unconscious.
Naira calls for the entire family and tells them that Vedika fainted while walking. Suhasini asks Samarth to call a doctor. The doctor informed them that the salt level of Vedika’s body is comparatively low and she is not eligible to keep fast in this state. Vedika gains consciousness and Suhasini ask her to break her fast for the sake of her health. Vedika gets upset because it is her first Teej but due to health issues, she has to drink the juice. Naira watches all of this from outside of the room and she thinks that it’s good that the fast of Kartik’s name didn’t get called off completely.
Suhasini gets awarded for the circumstances that are created in the house. She shares with Swarna that she is aware of Kartik’s feelings for Naira. She says that she shouldn’t have forced him for marriage moreover, no matter how much wedding card tries to impress Kartik, the love he has for Naira will never get lessened. Manish comes and calls Suhasini to give her the news. Vansh and Kairav ask Naira for permission to give the leftover food in the room to the street children with watchmen. Naira permits them to go while Kartik listens to their talk.
Kartik realizes that Naira is feeding food to the kids in the room and he failed to notice them and Naira herself didn’t consume any sort of food. He confronts Naira that why didn’t she had food today while she tries to avoid the topic as much as she can. Kartik says that I won’t let you go until and unless you give me answers for my queries. Manish informs the entire house that the case they are fighting for 3000 days regarding the land of their ancestral temple, they finally won the case. All the family members rejoice while Naira gets delighted to listen to this. She also enjoys from behind while Kartik notices her and gets happy.
Precap – Kartik notices a dizzy Naira and runs to hold her and he breaks her fast while she sees the moon.
