The episode starts with Meenakshi questioning Nishant about Abir’s whereabouts. Nishant replies that he doesn’t know where Abir is and he is simply happy that he is getting married to Mishti and Abir hasn’t come to interrupt their wedding, plus he is going to London with Mishti after the marriage like he had promised and now there is nothing else he has to do for her. He is about to leave but Meenakshi tells him that Abir has disappeared after going to the hospital and asks Nishant again to tell where he is. Nishant replies that Abir might be at the lake where he usually goes and he doesn’t know anything more about him. Meenakshi leaves.
Kuhu comes and asks Nishant what he is doing there. Nishant says that he is breathing fresh air because he isn’t going to get it after the marriage. Kuhu shares with him that she is very stressed so he just needs to get married soon. Nishant leaves. Kuhu thinks that she is so stressed about Abir.
Later Kuhu tells Nishant, who is sitting on mandap, that she is going to get Mishti. She leaves and Nishant hopes that someone rescued Abir.
The latter starts coughing and the doctor who is visiting him says that they have to take him to the hospital because there is s lot of water in his lungs. Baba gives him Nishant’s report which they found in Abir’s pocket and the doctor tries reading the name on it. He thinks Abir is Nishant and asks the nurse to call the hospital and ask information about a patient named Nishant. Baba asks Abir to open his eyes.
Kuhu comes downstairs that Mishti isn’t in her room. Jasmeet asks her not to joke and Kuhu shows them a letter written by Mishti which Nishant reads. It says that she is going to find Abir. Rajshri tells them that Mishti loves Abir that is why she is going. She asks Vishambharnat to remember what they had said when they brought Mishti in the house. He says that they had promised to let her dream and fulfill all her dreams so Rajshri says that they have caged her in the house, taught her how to fly but never gave him the sky to fly and even forced her to get married. She asks if they would have done the same for Akshara and everybody says that they have never considered Mishti less than Akshara.
Rajshri asks them why Mishti said that she doesn’t want to disappoint them by not doing this marriage then. She says that Mishti has always felt that this family has done a lot of favors on her but Abir taught her the difference between favor and love but once he left her she again went under the pressure of favors that is why she accepted to get married to Nishant for her Bade Papa only and would have got married if she hadn’t asked her to go behind her dreams and never come back to this compromise because this is what she has taught to her children and Mishti is her daughter only. Vishambharnat blames her for insulting his love for Mishti and asks her what Nishant’s mistake in all this. Kuhu asks Rajshri where Mishti has gone. Rajshri replies that she is where Abir is because that is the right place for her.
Mishti is seen searching for Abir and wondering where he is as Kunal isn’t answering her calls and she isn’t even able to track Abir on tracking app. She gets a scooter from a man giving jewellery in exchange.
On the other hand nurse tells Doctor that the patient is an alcohol addict thinking he is Nishant and Doctor decides to increase the dose of medicines because he might have been intoxicated so he fell in valley. He gives Abir injection and he gets conscious. Doctor asks him to get the medicine and cooperate with them or else they will give it forcefully.
Mishti prays for Abir to be fine wherever he is.
Baba calls Abir as Nishant and he reveals that he isn’t Nishant Maheshwari but Abir Rajvansh.
Mishti reaches Rajvansh Mansion and sees Jugnu but decides not to steal his clothes this time and follow what Rajshri had told her, that she doesn’t need to hide her love from anybody.
Jasmeet blames Rajshri for letting Mishti go. Kuhu asks her not to worry as she will call Kunal who must know where Mishti is. Nishant tries calling Mishti but she doesn’t pick up his calls. Jasmeet asks him not to do anything and promises him to find Mishti. Vishambharnat says that he trusts that Nishant won’t do anything wrong. Shaurya asks Rajshri if she knows anything about Mishti and she replies that the only thing she knows is that Mishti should get her right and she has not done anything wrong. Nishant looks on.
Mishti shouts for Abir. Nanu comes and tells her that Abir isn’t home. Mishti says that Abir is nowhere to be found and Nanu goes to ask Parul who may know something. Jugnu tells Mishti that nobody knows anything about Abir and also that he tried finding him with Kunal but they had to seek Meenakshi’s help eventually. Mishti thinks that she has to reach Abir before Meenakshi or else she will create some misunderstanding.
Vishambharnat says that they have to reach Mishti before she reaches Abir. He tells Rajshri that he has to decide as the elder of this family not only as Mishti’s mother. He asks Nishant not to take any drug or alcohol as they’ll find Mishti. Nishant thinks that he can’t tell them that he has never taken it but was just lying. Nanu calls Vishambharnat and informs him that Mishti is at Rajvansh Mansion.
Abir wants to leave despite the fact that the Doctor doesn’t want him to go in this condition. Mishti tries tracking him but the application doesn’t work.
Maheshwari family is going to get Mishti and Rajshri refuses saying that she wants to find Mishti but she doesn’t want her to come back. Shaurya says that he will stay with Rajshri. Nishant thinks that he has to stop Mishti from reaching Abir at any cost or else he will reveal his lie to everybody and he will lose his family.
Mishti is able to track Abir and leaves towards the location indicated. Kunal calls Jugnu and tells him that they found Abir’s car and he might have met with an accident. Jugnu reveals him that Mishti was there in her bridal attire and was tensed for Abir. Meenakshi overhears that and thinks that she has to find Abir before Mishti.
Nishant calls Shaurya and asks him to talk with police. Nishant gets worried thinking that they will get to know that he witnessed Abir’s accident but didn’t rescue him. Vishambharnat asks him to drive towards Rajvansh Mansion but he takes another road so Varsha asks him if he knows something they don’t. Nishant says that they should go near the lake because he heard Kunal talking on phone and saying that Mishti and Abir often meet there.
Doctor and Baba don’t let Abir leave because he isn’t in good condition. He decides not to argue with them. Baba gives Abir the earring he found near him. It’s Mishti’s earring. Baba tells him that his car met with a bad accident and asks him to remember what happened. Abir does that and thanks them for saving his life and says that he has to go or else he will lose the reason of his life.
Baba says that he isn’t good enough to leave. Abir says that he would not leave any pooja incomplete and people say that love is like a pooja which he can’t live incomplete.
Mishti reaches the lake and sees Abir’s car. He wonders if he has fallen in the lake and shouts his name.
Abir gets into the ambulance car and drives it. Doctor tries stopping him in vain.
Mishti sees the ambulance on road and the doctor shouting Abir’s name. She tells him that she is looking for Abir Rajvansh and Doctor tells her that Abir was in that ambulance but he isn’t fine. Mishti asks him to call police.
Kunal asks Meenakshi not to worry as they will find Abir. Meenakshi thinks that Nishant knew that Abir was near the lake so there is his hand behind the fact that Abir has disappeared.

Precap: Mishti reaches a temple and sees ambulance parked in front of it so she feels that Abir is there and shouts his name. Abir comes to her and they share an hug. Both their families reach there.
